   PAYMENT POLICY   

A 50% deposit of the session fee is required to secure a session date, with the final balance being due 30 days prior to the session. If the session is within that 30-day mark of the session date, the entire session fee is due at the time of booking. No date is reserved until a deposit is received. The deposit shall be applied towards the total cost of the services.

Payment terms are non-negotiable.

Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, it shall be liquidated for damages/lost time.

Payment can be made by cash or venmo (raven-jorgensen). You can save the most money with those options, however, I do accept debit or credit cards, but a credit card fee of 4% will be applied.

Questionnaire + Timeline

2 weeks prior to your shoot, we will hop on a call to officially planning how to capture your session. Whether you want to take photos on a rooftop in the city or in your own home. Together, we will create photos for you to forever reminisce on.

Photoshoot

The day is finally here! Come ready to try some new and fun things! Before we start the photoshoot, I will go over some guidelines that I like to go over with everyone (“be yourself, embrace the moment, don’t forget to smile, etc”). After that we can start your photoshoot together! Time will fly faster than you will realize, ENJOY EVERY MOMENT! Don’t be afraid to ask to try some of your ideas!

Reaching out

If you are ready to book, please fill out the inquiry form below and I will send over a contract and invoice! I require 50% upfront and the remaining 50% due 30 days before the session.

Contract + Invoice

After our initial video call, if you and your family decide we’re the perfect fit to work together, it’ll be time to make it official! All you need to do is decide on your package, and from there, I’ll send you an online proposal with your custom contract, invoice, and payment schedule all able to be completed online!

Once your 50% deposit is paid, your date will be saved and the fun will begin! From there, I’ll begin sending you helpful education such as my outfit guides, tips & tricks working with kids, and more. And then, the best part– we’ll start planning your family session! 

Delivery

Let’s relive your session! Your full gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks in a private online gallery where you can download digital images, purchase more digitals or prints. You will have access to your online gallery for up to 1 year after the day of the session!
